Description:This is how I charge up the 12 volt batteries in series. All the negative terminals are connected together as are the positive terminals.

Description:This is a detail image of the front of the SeafoxROV with the light and camera housings.
Title:ROV Control Box
Description:This is the control box I use for the Seafox ROV. I place it in front of the TV monitor for easy viewing of what I'm recording. The TV monitor is inside the dolly and shaded from the sun.

Description:This is a detail image showing the two 100 foot cat5e cables and 18 gauge speaker wire tied together with a 1-inch piece of pipe insulation used as bouyancy. I am still experimenting how far apart the insulation should be placed.
Title:ROV Dolly
Description:This is inside the ROV dolly. Two 12 volt car batteries are connected in parallel to provided 24 volts over the 100 foot tether. The third car battery provides power for the TV monitor and DVD recorder through a 400 watt 12 VDC to 110 VAC inverter.
I had to separate the ROV power and TV/DVD recorder power to avoid signal noise.
Title:Jumper Cable
Description:This is the jumper cable I use to quickly hook up the car batteries in series or parallel. I recommend having at least two of these in your tool box.
Title:Camera Assembly
Description:This is the assembly for the camera. The CCTV camera is mounted on a plastic tray and slide inside the PVC housing, the 1/4-inch clear acrylic port and rubber gasket are then bolted on with eight 1/4-inch bolts.

Description:This is a detail stern shot of the Seafox ROV showing the power container made of 3-inch PVC piping and 2 end caps. All wires from the 100 foot tether, bilge pumps, camera and light goes into this container. Candle wax is then poured in to seal it from the water.
